A Malaysian Chinese with a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge. From 2016 to 2021, she served as Vice General Manager at China Cultural Media Group (Tianjin) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., where she was responsible for due diligence, investment term design, valuation, negotiation of investment amounts, and other aspects of the HuaXia JiuYingYuanXin Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) project in Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area. The project had a total investment scale of 3 billion RMB, with a 90% stake, which demonstrates her outstanding business capabilities. She has also run businesses in China for over a decade, witnessing the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the significant impact of regulatory policy changes on various industries. She has actively established partnerships with large multinational companies and led a professional investment research team dedicated to seeking more long-term profit opportunities for overseas investors in China. She successfully assisted in the appointment of the President of "Hainan Electric Power Fund Management Co., Ltd.," the first batch of QDLP pilot funds in Hainan Province, demonstrating exceptional leadership and investment skills.

Philip Chen is the co-founder and managing partner of Dynaco Capital, a Toronto-based financial capital firm that collaborates closely with top Asian venture capital and private equity funds, as well as multibillion-dollar corporate groups. Philip specializes in cross- border transactions in various industry sectors, including financial technology, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, insurtech, biotechnology/pharmaceuticals, and big data. He has been involved in numerous IPOs, mergers, and investments with a total value exceeding $1 billion. He serves on the boards of private and public companies in North America and Asia. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry, Master of Laws, and Master of Business Administration.

Kyle is the founder of Alcove Investment Management, a global investment firm with five affiliated funds investing in cutting-edge technology in Silicon Valley. Since 2017, Kyle has nurtured and exited six portfolio companies, achieving a 36.77x MOIC (Multiple on Invested Capital) return on his first fund. He currently collaborates with several financial institutions in Asia and North America as a private equity investor across select industries. Prior to founding Alcove, Kyle helped restructure the financial infrastructure of Guardian Analytics and successfully exited the business to NICE Actimize (NASDAQ: NICE). He serves on the boards of several companies in the United States and Korea. 

Kevin Wu holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Financial Economics from the University of Birmingham. With 13 years of experience in the financial industry, he has been involved in fund establishment and operation, equity listing restructuring, and investment banking. His investment expertise focuses on high-tech industries, environmental energy, the film industry, and biomedicine. Kevin has also worked on real estate fund investments, product design, trust product issuance, large-scale health industry chain investments, FOF funds, and PPP state-owned enterprise projects. He has participated in project research, identification, review, and evaluation of various legal risks, providing risk mitigation strategies. Kevin has a deep understanding of the current financial industry landscape and possesses relevant resource channels.

Since entering the capital market in 2015, I have accumulated nine years of profound experience in the capital market. I have witnessed multiple significant changes in the capital market, extensively delved into both the primary and secondary markets, completed the investment and exit of major projects, and also experienced the disposal and reflection of high-risk projects. As a result, I have formed in-depth and specialized experience, hold a sense of awe towards the investment industry, and thus conduct business in a more prudent manner. I possess solid abilities in financial analysis, comprehensive investment due diligence, and post-investment follow-up management. Moreover, I have the second-thought self-reflection awareness and capability.

Have many years of work experience and rich management experience.

Nani is Chairman & Senior Partner Falco Global Partners. He serves as Senior Advisor to Quadrivio Private Equity Group, and as a Director of the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels. He served 40 years at GE in leadership positions in the U.S., Europe and Japan. He became Senior Vice President and member of the Corporate Executive Council, and lead GE International. He also served as Senior Advisor of Rhône Group; on the Science and Technology Advisory Council to European Commission President Barroso; on the Supervisory Board of Covestro AG; as President of ENAV S.p.A and of GE Avio S.r.l; as Chairman of the Board of of ASK Chemicals and Wellbore Integrity Solutions; as Member of the Board of Neovia Logistics, of Zodiac Pool Systems, Inc. and of INTER RAO. He was International Advisor to Prime Minister Raffarin of France and to the Polish Minister of Finance. 

In 2007, President Napolitano appointed him Cavaliere del Lavoro (Knight of Merit for Labor). In 2008, President Sarkozy has granted him the Legion of Honor. A native of Italy, Nani earned a master's degree in chemical engineering from the Polytechnic of Torino in Italy

René is the Co-Chairman & Member of the Investment Committee of Falco Global Partners.He also serves as Executive Chairman of New Venture Associates, a private equity investment and advisory company headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.Starting his career as an attorney in Switzerland, René later served as General Counsel of Jet Aviation, which under his tenure, became the global leader in general aviation and was subsequently sold to General Dynamics (NYSE: GD). René then founded Crossbow Ventures, at that time the world’s largest first-time venture capital fund and one of the leading private equity firms in the Southeast US (sold to Horizon21). René also served on the board or advisory board of Sterling Partners, a leading private equity firm headquartered in Chicago, and ClearSky Power and Technology Fund, sponsored by NextEra/FPL, one of the largest utilities in the United States. Rene has also been a co-founder and served as Vice Chairman of Pulse Evolution, a technology company which completed its IPO in 2020 (NYSE: FUBO), and as Vice Chairman of Acron AG, a leading international real estate investment firm headquartered in Zurich. René is also the former Chairman of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce in Florida and served on the board of directors of several emerging growth companies in North America and in Europe. He holds a Ph.D. in law (Dr. iur.) from the University of Zurich and is a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute in Atlanta and of the Executive Program at Stanford University.

Peter joined Falco In 2018. He is currently a Director of Maxam International Holdings, Chairman of Demium Startups S.L., Director ofAI Software companies Amphorica Technologies S.L. and Sama Box. SL. Earlier he was the Executive Chairman and CEO of Global Knowledge LLC. the world’s largest instructor led IT training company, based in Cary, North Carolina, USA until June 2021. Peter spent 30 years in C-suite executive roles in manufacturing, consumer, fashion, retail and financial services. He worked for 20 years with General Electric’s Capital division in various roles including CEO GE Capital Iberia, CEO for the Nordic, German and Swiss Leasing businesses, President EU Railcar, CEO for GE’s EU inventory and asset-based lending business,President for Strategic Growth out of Chicago, USA, where he led the asset-based lending and trade finance expansion into Asia as well as President for the EMEA auto consumer finance division, based out of London, UK.Earlier in his career Peter was a global Marketing Officer for Electrolux´s absorption technology division and spent some years in the retail and fabrics industry.Peter is a German national and holds an International Management degree from IBS. He speaks German, English, Spanish, French and enjoys sailing, golf and tennis.

Erwin joined Falco in 2017 and is Managing Partner. He also serves on the Supervisory Board of Galeria Kaufhof since April 2018.Erwin started his career in 1988 at Coopers & Lybrand (currently Price Waterhouse Coopers) as a tax lawyer. He joined GE Plastics Europe in 1993 and has since built expertise in both industrial businesses as well as financial services. He held various HR leadership roles with GE amongst which were: HR Leader GE Plastics, NL, Manager Global Compensation out of Pittsfield, MA, USA, HR Director GE Capital EU Equipment Management, HR Director GE Plastics EU & Global Automotive, HR Director Corporate Financial Services EU out of London, Senior HR Leader GE Energy, GE Global Growth and GE Corporate EU, based in Frankfurt, D.Erwin holds a tax law degree from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands and in his spare time enjoys playing a round of golf and spending time with the family.
