Rob-Roy Roedel
Partner at Falco Global PartnersRob-Roy is the Managing Partner at New Venture Associates focusing on investing in the blockchain and digitalssecurities ecosystem, traditional venture capital and real estate investments.Previously, Rob-Roy was the Head of Investments/President of Plenum Investments running the Office of Investments. His overall responsibilities included investment and risk management, oversight of business development, development of new products with a focus on quantitative strategies, and global asset allocation strategies. He led the alternative investment practice for a Family Office in Zurich. Rob-Roy also launched a business strategy consulting practice, providing research and analysis to private clients and mid-sized Family Offices in 2008. During that time,he participated in growth capital transactions, advised companies expanding into the US and the Middle East, and helped companies commercialize solutions.
Rob-Roy’s career has centered on institutions, Family Offices, global investments, investment diligence, business development, and capital placement.
Rob-Roy began his career in investment banking in Turkey. He earned an MBA from INSEAD. Additionally, he received a Bachelor of Science in Management and German from Carnegie Mellon University.

Patricia Falco Beccalli
Partner at Falco Global PartnersAn academic background in Finance and Communication, Patricia launched her professional career in banking and later as a financial TV journalist first for RAI 3 in Italy, and then as anchor at CNBC TV, Europe (13 years). Co-Founder of Falco Global Partners, Additionally, she engages as a business angel investing in young entrepreneurs through Principle AG, a Venture Capital firm, also based in Zurich (CH). Invested in and Chairwoman of a Holland based restaurant chain, Exki NL, and a board member of a Swiss/German Fintech company, Sanostro AG.
Her non-fiction Book ”Ricca Germania Poveri Tedeschi” was published in 2014 by the University Bocconi EGEA.She is a speaker and host at international events, a presentation skills coach, and hosts meaningful conversations with inspiring individuals, aired on ‘On The Pulse’(YouTube) and as a podcast (by Anchor and MindBodySpirit.fm, USA).
Patricia is driven by insatiable curiosity about people and their life-stories, loves dancing, and can’t help but scout for the best artisanal ice cream wherever she travels.

Michael Allan
Partner at Falco Global PartnersMike’s business career spans almost 40 years and includes experience in finance, supply chain, e-commerce and mergers &acquisitions. He joined Falco in 2019, and soon became a partner. He began his career in Chrysler Corporation’s Finance Management Development program. Subsequently he spent almost 20 years with Black & Decker in various executive roles like head of Investor Relations, CFO of EMEA and the global power tools group, head of IT, global supply chain, procurement, Six Sigma and finally integrating B&D with Stanley Works in 2010 in Europe. In 2012, he joined Zodiac Pool Solutions, a Carlyle Group portfolio company and one of largest global swimming pool equipment manufacturers, as CFO. During his time at Zodiac, he helped guide the company through a debt amendment, a successful sale to The Rhone Group and a merger with Fluidra to create the largest global pool equipment manufacturer, successfully leading the integration of the two companies.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Ripon College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He resides in Park City, Utah and holds US and British citizenship.

Dr. Hannes Meckel
Partner at Falco Global PartnersHannes joined Falco in 2018. He is a German-qualified lawyer and started his career in 1995 with Baker & McKenzie focusingon merges & acquisitions, private equity and restructuring work.
He joined GE in 2000 as Business Counsel for GE Plastics Europe and has since held various positions of increasing responsibilities in GE’s industrial businesses and GE Corporate, including General Counsel GE Silicones US, GE Plastics EU, General Counsel GE Global Growth Organization in Frankfurt, Germany with global responsibility over 12 regions with 120 professionals.
From 2016 onwards, Hannes was the General Counsel for GE’s shared services organization Global Operations and, in that capacity, led the build-up of a global legal shared services organization.
Hannes holds a law degree from the University of Freiburg, Germany, a Master of Law from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., and a PhD from the University of Hamburg. He lives in Frankfurt with his wife and has 2 daughters. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys traveling.
